“I have been attending Sallyanne's yin yoga classes for the last 6 years or so and have found them to be very beneficial in managing my osteoarthritis symptoms. Sallyanne is always kind, thoughtful and encouraging and has such a wealth of knowledge that she can usually find a way to make a pose happen for my body! Zoom classes all through lockdown and continuing now in the present time have been a life saver for me. Thank you very much Sallyanne!”

EVENING YOGA CLASS

This a medium strength hatha yoga class. We do do some challenging poses. I try to make it suitable for all by offering alternatives and softer variations.
You will need to bring a mat and block to class.
Some kind words from a Hatha yogi ……….. "Love Sallyanne's relaxed vibe. Every class offers something different and there are always different levels of challenge to choose depending on experience and how your feeling that day. Never any pressure or judgement. i always leave class feeling calmer, better yet more energetic. Thoroughly recommend !!" From P. R. Weybridge
This is a kundalini/hatha fusion so there are some strong breathing techniques. Usually some simple chanting.
You will need your mat and an under mat of some sort if the grass is damp
Some kind words from this class......
"Sallyanne is a warm and inspirational teacher. I always feel calm, centred and positive after classes. Her explanations of the poses are clear and there are variations for all levels of expertise, so you can work deeply, but safely. I especially love how she shares her connection with the elements, seasons and philosophy of yoga, which enhances the class. Park yoga is amazing!" C.G. Cobham
“Sallyanne is a wonderful teacher. Her calm and warm approach has helped my confidence and technique as a complete novice. Sallyanne is very intuitive and responsive to individual needs in class and provides just the right balance of instruction, guidance and encouragement. She weaves the spiritual and meditative principles of yoga in a gentle and accessible way. I always leave her class feeling more connected to my body and with a calmer mind!” From N.B. Staines
